Athena Pearl Riley
Athena Pearl Riley is a former Felony Prosecutor with Florida’s First Judicial Circuit for the Office of the State Attorney. She joined the law firm of Cotton & Gates in 2017 as a civil litigator handling contract and real estate disputes, liquor license issues, and general business litigation.
Mrs. Riley is also a local Realtor for NextHome White Sands Realty and invests in local real estate with her husband through fix-and-flips and acquiring rental properties. She is the founder of the Okaloosa Florida Association for Women Lawyers (OFAWL) and a former National Trial Competition Coach for Golden Gate School of Law in San Francisco, California.
